Arca Consultancy is a trading name of Everywear LLC, 930 S 4th St, Ste 209 #5962, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101, United States. The business is run from London by its founder, Honor Ripley.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, your brand, your website or Instagram, your target market and your message. If you email or call us, we receive what you choose to send.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request data in order to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your inquiry and to arrange an introduction call. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking first.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare hosts this website, protects it, and delivers the contact form message to our mailbox. Google provides our mailbox (Google Workspace) and serves the typefaces used on this site (Google Fonts), which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, under the contractual safeguards they maintain for such transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and, if we work together, for the length of that relationship and the period the law requires for business records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to honor@arca-consultancy.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are in the United Kingdom, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the European Economic Area, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country. If you are in California: we do not sell or share personal information.
